Le rapport analyse les implications d’Internet pour les enfants. La trousse d’outils « Global Kids Online » a été développée et testée par une approche de partenariat avec le Bureau de la recherche de l’UNICEF et la London « School of Economics and Political Science » en tant que coordinateurs mondiaux. Il est évident qu’au niveau mondial des preuves sont nécessaires pour aider à établir un consensus parmi les acteurs internationaux sur les normes, les accords, les protocoles et les investissements internationaux afin de rendre l’Internet un endroit plus sûr et meilleur pour les enfants.

The report analyses implications of Internet for children. The Global Kids Online toolkit was developed and pilot tested through a partnership approach, with UNICEF Office of Research and the London School of Economics and Political Science as global coordinators. It is obvious that : at the global level, evidence is needed to help build a consensus among international actors on international standards, agreements, protocols and investments in order to make the internet a safer and better place for children.
Therefore, the main objective is to expect that children’s rights – in the digital age will surely serve to empower them and their communities.
