The European Comity on the prevention against torture published this report after a quarter of a century of existence and more than 370 visits, thus showing a certain level of maturity in terms of experience gained and working methods that are efficient. The report presents the activities led by the Comity between the 1st August 2013 and the 31st December 2014 (visits, interview, meetings…) as well as their organization. It insists on the children deprived of liberty in virtue of the penal legislation but also on the intimidation and reprisal phenomenon existing and that represents a major issue for the Comity.
